taf-toggle looks usable when disabled #99

Currently the taf-toggle custom element looks as though it can be used when it has the disabled attribute, the following should change when it's disabled:

  • Cursor should be changed to "not-allowed" when hovering
  • Active styling that expands the toggle handle should be prevented
