This handles all of the required logic for breaking the Attributes into their own item subtype, allowing for better editing on a per-attribute basis. This also adds support for a new Attributes tab on the Actor sheets when there are attributes that may not want to be listed in the "always visible" section of the sheet when they may have a lot of them (e.g. character skills)
