This will need some experimentation to see what the best way to move the releases to this repo are without breaking anything from the Github repo.

The big issue is probably going to be the people still on v1.X because they wouldn't get any manifest changes, however I think that I'm not super concerned about those people having outdated manifests since I no longer support v12 anyway
