This will be a modification of the CD pipeline to accept an option to include a snapshot of the built-in wiki as a release artifact when the package is built, this should only be included if the integrated wiki unit is active.

Bonus points: Migrate the CD pipeline into a custom repo so I can use this once everywhere so when changes come along I don't need to keep updating the same 5 scripts across all my packages.
