While viewing the stats application, I should see a multiselect in the window to choose which users I want to see the data in the table for.

This multi-select should contain a list of all users for the Foundry world. It should not allow adding any non-Username values into the select.

When I add or remove a user from this list, the Application should store that state so that it persists across rerenders.
