Bug Description

Rolling from Character Sheets (Skill Check/Attack) or from another module such as Simple Dice Roller or Dice Tray causing those error and the stats won't track. But rolling via command /r still work.
Testing on newly created world with only Stat Tracker active, still have the same problem, only /r command register to stats tracker and the rest just thrown an error like in the picture.
