Steps to Repro:

  1. Open an Actor that has their sheet set to the HeroSummaryCardV1
  2. Click the cog in the top bar to open the sheet configuration
  3. Try to move the sheet configuration window away from the left side of the screen
  4. Note: it doesn’t move away from the edge of the screen

Expected Behaviour: The application can move away from the edge of the window
